Retention
Registration data is kept for as long as it is needed to provide the consultation service and to maintain records related to your session. In practice that means a record survives the consultation itself, so a follow-up session or a later question about your registration can be answered with the same context you gave the first time.
When a record is no longer needed for that purpose, we dispose of it in a reasonable manner. We do not keep a copy in a spare list once the reason for holding it has passed.
Some records may need to be held longer where a legal retention duty applies in Indonesia. When the law requires a longer period than the service does, the legal period governs and the record is held for that period only.
